All Reviews
Independent supplement reviews graded against the published research, including when the evidence says don't buy.
Every review we've published
Each review grades the product's ingredients one by one against published trials, names what the marketing overclaims, and says plainly who should skip it. Our rating is an evidence grade, not a sales score — no product can buy a verdict here.
Dental & Oral Health·Review
Moderate evidence
An oral probiotic whose honest case rests on three of its five strains. The finished product is untested, the per-strain doses are hidden, and it won't regrow gums. A low-risk try for mild symptoms, and a waste of money for anyone expecting a cure.

Men's Health·Review
Moderate evidence
An ingredient-by-ingredient look at ProstaVive against the published research, which parts of the formula have real trial evidence for urinary symptoms, which don't, and who should skip it entirely.

Blood Sugar·Review
Limited evidence
Two of its eight ingredients have real glucose trials behind them. The other six target energy and weight. The best-evidenced blood-sugar ingredient is missing entirely, and there is an interaction risk with diabetes medication that most reviews never mention.

Sleep·Review
Mixed evidence
The ingredient list is unusually sensible for this category. The doses are the problem: melatonin sits below the studied range and everything else hides inside a 637 mg blend. Reasonable for mild trouble falling asleep, wrong for anyone on antidepressants.
